Oh Goodness, I thought I was the only one that had this happen! When I called to tell them that I got someone else's photograph they told me to send it back to them (Jack's). Maybe I should have posted it online...? They also assured me that they would be able to locate the picture I ordered and clear up the mistake. If anyone gets a picture of a little grey and white mare it may be mine! Sorry the photo I got wasn't your missing one!
