AMHA DNA & Parent Qualified

I'm making out the form to DNA a young mare that must be DNA'd before her foal can be registered. I have done this several times in the past, but I didn't notice the following on previous forms.

The form asks to select DNA Kit or Parent Qualified. I'm assuming I need the DNA kit for the testing.

But what if I want Parent Qualification papers for this mare also? I know both sire and dam have been DNA'd, so how do I receive PQ papers for her?

You just put on the paper work want Parent Qualified, if I am correct

I believe they do that automatic now, put could phone to make sure.
