age of stallion for foal registration

Does the stallion have to be 3 years old when a foal is born to get it registered in AMHA? Or is it only the mare needs to be 3 years old. Someone told me AMHA changed the rules on this and I can't keep up with all their dang changes.

Both have to be 3 I believe when the foal is born.

AMHA does not have a rule about the age of sire or dam for foal registration.

AMHA has never from the beginning had any rule about age of parents for foal registrations...and l've never heard or read anything about any changes being made to it..

Only AMHR has age rules like that.......

That's what I thought, a mare must be at least 3 when a foal is born in AMHR. I've never heard anything about a stallion's age in either club.
