LOL, Shelah and I have had many discussion about pintoloosas. Neither of us like them, and want our Appies to be Appies and the pintos to be pintos.

But why, when you could have BOTH in just one horse?

Ok, I'm teasing you, I know how some (many?) appaloosa breeders are "purists" and I can understand that.

For me, one thing I just LOVE about the minis is that you can have any color or color combination you like, they have it all!

Je' Taime is going to be trained to drive and should be starting to show halter this year too, so she's still got a while before she starts having babies, and I only have appaloosa stallions so her foals will be "appy only".

Though I do have some other mares bred for next year that may be carrying pintaloosas.
