Hi Gang
We could use some prayers, if you could. We have our Zoning meeting coming up
on Dec. 6, 07.
We are selling our property Commercial, and its a huge process. We had a buyer,
but he lost his finace. That was 5 years ago. Now, we learned that when this buyer
was getting his zoning done, he zoned us and the 4 neighbors together. So now
the City see us as 5.81 acres, not as 5 owners selling. We have 1 Acre, but the
Zoning is that we are 5.81 acres. So now here we go again, through the City process
of Zoning to separate out acre. Its a huge mess, and its at our cost. But hoping doing
so, if all gets past. We will be Zoned 1 acre, and we will have concept plan done.
What our property will look like in the future. We are zoned for Office (medical, dental
or general office). We have to go through this meeting - Planning and Zoning, and then
2 City Council Meetings. Those will be in Jan.
Once we are done, if we get it all past, we will have the plan's done for the future buyer
how the property will look, how it will be laid out. Where the building will be placed, where
the parking is, how much parking, handicap parking, even the dumpster, and the landscape.
The rention area for the drainage. This will save the buyer money and time. So hoping this
will make us more marketable and get us sold and out of here. And back living in the country.
We did pass our Spin meeting, which is where the area tracts of homes can come and ask
questions, and not many came. So we are praying we pass this Planning and Zoning meeting.
