wireless camera

I need to find a wireless security camera and it needs to reach 150 ft. the xten is a 100 ft. What does everyone use. I have a fox coming in my barn and need to find how he is getting in. Please tell brands you use and are happy with. It needs to be wireless.

I've never used a barn cam so I don't know what's good and what's not, but there's currently one donated to the benefit auctions for Marty Garrison's family, complete with web service, at a HUGE discounted price.
