Well thanks for all you help on the wind mill issue.

I think we hit a nerve. He is telling me that I shoud be very careful that he will sue me for any damqage I do to his business.

Oh and in that e-mail he clames that my money was refunded on the 27th. not...

What a fool. even if it had been it had still been too long to wait.

I hope pay pal cuts him off and others dont have to go through this.

I hope he files I think I would enjoy counter filing I cant see any court ruling against me after I had waited 90 days for my product. I have had a house built in less time.

I agree, I Did not appreciate the email I recieved from his company :new_shocked:

I wouldn't give him a second thought, let it go, it looks like he can't.

print off the email he sent me and keep it incase you need it, which I doubt.

That should help him out in his law suit.

All you did was ask for the windmill or money back nothing wrong with that?
