What does a contract look like???

As a buyer of a 10 year old stallion, what kind of contract should I be getting from the seller?

Could I be provided a "pro forma" of a buyers and sellers contract from those of you who make it a practice, as it would seem that in future I should not be buying or selling without one.

I'd get the same form for any horse of any sex. The one I use is on my website at www.aztecstables.com

I would also add a BSE to the list of things to do... a stallion breeding soundness exam to evaluate his potential fertility.
