Trying to Track down a horse

I'm looking for the current owner of this stallion D&R GOLD STRIKES OKALOOSA CHIEF I have a filly of his that I'm trying to register but can't because he isn't up to date on his AMHA paperwork. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the info. But the registered owner sold him to someone else, then they resold him so we are trying to find the horse so we can have him DNA'd.
