Tator has a daughter, Kuel June Bug who was also bred to Darmond's Storm Survivor and here is her new (and first baby ever) Colt. Born Saturday morning 05/01/2010 @ 7:30 a.m. I saw her lie down and got out there and was able to help her just a little bit, even tho she probably didn't need it. By the way June Bug is also a Buckskin and is Identical to Tator Tot so you see one you are seeing them both..

They are so cute.

I didnt know you could put a halter on them so soon. I thought you had to wait.

As long as you are with them while they are out with it on, and take it off when you put them in the stalls then there is no harm in having it on them. DO NOT leave it on them while turned out unsupervised because if there is something for them to get hung up on THEY WILL find it.

Halter training with a lead rope cannot start too early, just don't overdo it.
