[SIZE=14pt]I am not a great cook or baker,
but I know some of you out there are! I am looking for a delicious sugar cookie recipe where I can roll the dough and use cookie cutters. Then I want to decorate them with that icing that gets crunchy when it dries. I believe people used to use egg whites in it but since it's not cooked and that's not really safe anymore, is it cream of tarter that does the same thing as the egg whites? See, I need some help...LOL
