Either a palomino or a palomino pinto, depending on if the mare is homozygous for the pinto or not (carrying one gene for it or two).

True sorrel to true cremello, then only palomino will be produced, with or without pinto.

Now if they sorrel is actually a silver bay, and the cremello another double dilute (pelino or smokey cream); well then that opens a whole world of possiblities. Buckskin, smokey black, palomino; all with or without silver added and all with or without pinto added.
