CAN A 17 YEAR OLD SHOW YEARLING STALLION? WHAT IS THE AGE FOR SHOWING STALLIONS.? I HAVE HEARD SEVERAL DIFFERENT ANSWERS

For AMHA a youth has to be 13 to show a stallion. No matter the age of the stallion.

On page 242 of the amhr rule book, it says 13 thru 17 is the age for youth to show Stallions.
