rules for mini classes

I posted this before but didnt get any replies.. so here I go again... I am looking for a website that has information about hunter in halter and obsticle halter classes . Our 4-h fair is adding these classes and I need to learn more.

The AMHR and AMHA websites hav rulebooks online that you could look things up that you need to know.

You can get COMPLETE set of the rule books if you join the registries. Or, if you contact the offices, they might send you one?

I contacted AMHA and they were kind enough to send me a rulebook, it's very informative!!
