We watched most of it. And I saw several I would have liked if delaware wasnt on the other end of the US from us. Some folks got some great deals.

I watched the entire thing, almost lost my head over a stallion that no saled, offered to trade a bred OVERO MARE for him, but noooooo, they thought they needed $2500 for him. Nope, not in this market, not an unproven, unshown driving prospect.

I watched a good part of it. Prices seemed to be all over the place from high to low in this market.

Some beautiful horses went thru. I'd say it was a buyers market on most of them when I watched and I didn't see it all. I am familiar with the Reece horses as they have shown alot in New England in the past.

I think I have seen Bucks in KY at Julep cup. Sorry all if that is him, he is worth every penny!!! A real looker.

I watched and it was pretty neat being up front and center on the web cam. Best seat in the house I say!! Horses were beautiful...lots of good prices. May have to get involved next year!

: I could have gone since it's not too very far from home, but we had too many things to get done on the farm here. Beautiful day for the auction, low humidity and blue skies without a cloud in the sky. I'll bet the open house tomorrow will be pretty cool too.

I was just getting on to see if anyone here bought anything. I watched it off and on.

A few I wouldn't mind taking home. :bgrin

O couldn't watch as it wouldn't load but my sister talked me through it as she could so we were on messenger as it went. My choice Lot 26 didn't sell. She 1/2 sister to my Shammy and reminds me of her in every way except she's a bit smaller than Shammy.

Anyway she was Little King Joanna Jubilee and it's a darn good thing I didn't have charge of the checkbook today (Carl had it as he went and bought 100 bales hay today)..they wanted 3500 and didn't get it so no sale, AND she is bred to Bar B King Buckaroo a gorgeous Reese Buckskin..what an 08 foal that will be!

I know Shammy's personality and demeanor and bet she would be just as sweet, I can see it in her picture.

Oh well someone will see her and realize what a gift she would be to their program and buy her...of course she's plenty well off where she is too

I watched some of it. About the time 4a & 4b sold they turned the cameras and i missed what they sold for. Driving geldings. I was told 1800 also but not sure if that was for the team or per horse.

I was there. It was a very nice sale and I was happy to see some of the sellers no saling their animals (esp. the boys that were way too low).

I was looking at lot 60 (she was my "OMG" she's pretty pick) she went for 3,000

and lot 80 was another nice horse, she NS, they needed $3000 for the sale and there weren't any takers. I would have considered but I had already spent my money on lot 24 !

Congrats to all the buyers, there were some really nice minis.

Carolyn

I would loved to have had Lot 60! She was my pick, but no room here to add another. Somebody got a gorgeous mare at a very reasonable price!

I watched. I thought the Webcast was very well done... and it was so nice to have the option to watch & learn (as I was not purchasing). My pick was #60, too. But also #70 (She went for only $1,300 - with LFG).

Thanks for the prices! I wish I could have whatched the whole thing it was neet to watch. One year I am going to attend, but that could be dangerous. Lorie

Congratulations everyone on your purchases! Carolyn, your Hawk filly caught my eye when I first went over the catalog--gorgeous!! Glad to see their were some fair prices, and also that people are no saleing their quality stock.
