We have the Hott Wash one. It warms water and leaks. Someone suggested we turn the desired temp all the way up and fill buckets with the hot.
What we use it for is to take the chill off the well water. We're still using buckets of hot from the house most of the time!

I got one from Home Depot and it's the same unit as the Hottwash but half the price. I just installed it in my new trailer this weekend and I love it. I agree with Michelle you have to use it differently by filling buckets with warm water because of the limited tankage but it will be great for us when travelling.
