pony veins on back

My pony mare has veins popping up visable on down her back. It started with a few by hip now its withers to tail. All along her top line. I have never see this before. Only seems tender in 1 spot.

Has anybody experienced this?

Can you post photos? I have never heard of anything like this.

I had a mare last year with something that sounds similar. I never did find out what it was, it went away after a few days. I'll add the link to the thread I started on her, there are pictures so you can compare. May be completely unrelated, but sounds very similar.

I saw this on the head and neck of a big horse I was caring for. Seems like it was there several days then went away. We never did figure out why,she seemed fine otherwise. If you figure it out I'd love to hear.

Hi I tried to post a picture. LOL having a hard time .

It does look like your pics. Glad to hear it will go away. She has had it for 3 weeks now. Will keep a eye on it.

Not any better I will call out or vet.
