photo edit?

I've seen alot of pretty awesome photo edits done on here. Just wondering if anyone would be able to clean this headshot of my mare up a little. Would love to have the halter, lead and my hand taken away, but would be thrilled with just hte lead and hand taken out if the halter cant be taken off. I've figured out how to remove and edit some stuff, but still dont have removing halters, etc down without making it look very obvious. Thanks in advance. ~Jen~
