Ok i did some calling and found one of the state reps that was behind the equine laws that we are talking about on other threads

I was then told to call Kathy Kirkpatrick at the OK DVM board

when i brought up the miniature equipment and most vets dont have it i was told "Well they can buy it cant they"

Can and Will are 2 completely different things

So have at it people time to stick up for the private persons rights

In my opinion this sounds more like jealousy over the safety of the horses

just my opinion if that means anything
