A full three days of driving with Mike McCabe!

May 14, 15 and 16, 2010

at Clear Brook Farm in Hancock, NH

Mike is a World Renowned Breeder, Trainer and Judge (and 2010 AMHA World Show Judge) who will be available for PRIVATE lessons with your own horse. He will also give a round pen demonstration (which is a requirement for all who have never seen it before), show how to start horses and how put horses to carts. Horses at any level of training are welcome! Mike has the experience and kindness required to work with you and your horse to bring out the best in you both!

DRIVING CLINIC

Lessons must be reserved and paid for in advance. Deadline April 10th

Mandatory Demonstration and Roundpen lesson for all that have not seen it.

Private lesson with your horse- 50 minutes

Fees:

Northeast Miniature Horse Club members ~ $100.00/horse

Non-members ~ $110.00/horse ~ Save by becoming a member prior to event

If you have never taken a lesson with Mike, this will include the round pen demonstration WHICH IS REQUIRED. You are welcome to watch it again if you have seen already it.

Auditors are Welcome!

Northeast Miniature Horse Club Member ~ $15.00

Non- Member ~ $ 25.00

Memberships will be available on site, but we suggest you join when signing up to save yourself the extra fee. See attached Membership form

Lessons begin PROMPTLY each morning at 9 and continue on the hour, every hour. You must be harnessed and warmed up if you are driving and you must be ON TIME!

Day and Time of the ROUND PEN lesson will be determined by the people who will need it, and will be decided after the clinic fills.

Should you have a specific request time-wise please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Please bring your own bitting rig/bit, harness and cart

If you need a bitting rig, driving bit, solid side reins or training harness, Star Lake Tack can send them to be picked up at the clinic so Mike can fit it to your horse. Anything from Star Lake Tack must be paid for in advance. We do this as a courtesy to you and charge Star Lake Tack prices. We split shipping to save you money.

A FEW false Shafts will be available for sale at the Farm.

We will be having a barbecue Saturday night ~ $7.00 donation/person
