I would say smokey silver black. The dark eyes tell me this is not a double dilute. Could be simply a smokey black, but my guess is there is silver there too.

Don't forget that the palomino has only one cream gene, so you've got a 75% chance of getting a double dilute from this cross, and 25% chance of the foal having only one dilution gene.
