Miniature vaccination

Are there any vaccinations that are NOT recommended for miniature horses?

None that I know of... When possible, I try to spread out the vaccinations and not do everything at once. We've never had reactions except that one of our mares is sore after shots, no matter what she's been given. We giver her banamine for a few days and always give her shots in the butt so that she won't have issues eating and drinking (as in if we gave her a shot in the neck). Good luck!
