Looking for an ACD

I had to have hubbys ol gal put to sleep last week and he is anxious for another buddy. I have looked online, sent many an email about littlers but alas, people just arent updating their ads

If anyone knows of a reputable breeder that does cerf-bear testing, please holler! TIA Heather

I am in central TX, just east of Waco. I really want one from a breeder that does all the health testing. My ol heeler, Dallas, had a genetic issue that caused blindness, I so cant go through that again.
