My eight year old border collie had started sneaking the crushed linseed.
I know it's full of the Omegas etc so was interesting to observe when I stopped her from doing it, she actually got stiffer in the front legs (ex agility dog) and a bit grumpy.
So I've been putting a tablespoon just in her feed bowl with some rosehip and she just eats it. Within a week stiffness almost gone and so have the grumps!!!!
