Just wondering about anyones take on the class action lawsuit and which form they were choosing.
For those that dont know, last year Jewelry television came out with a 'new' stone, Andesine-Labradorite. They claimed it was natural and thus untreated, there was a mad rush, prices went from $5 a carat to over $200. Come to find out it wasnt natural and was quite treated. So someone started a class action lawsuit and now JTV has to do some reperations for purchasers.
I was already loosing faith in JTV, not that they have great quality anyhow, but now its gone.
