I am looking for the person who makes the adapter kit for the Jerald cart to make it a closed wheel cart. Does anyone have his email link?? Thanks

That's Pat McGinnis here in WA. He calls them "roadster conversion kits" and I think he's got an ad with the information on the Evergreen Miniature Horse Club website under the Classifieds.

Is the conversion kit only needed in roadster classes?

yes only in AMHR roadster classes. they require closed wheels and if you have an open wheel cart your cart isn't legal unless it has the bar along the outside. We also make them for our carts as well.

Yes. You can still show open wheeled carts in the other driving classes. The closed wheel is a safety factor in Roadster only.
