Solid silver bay colt (Doc and I need to have a SERIOUS conversation about these boys, he's 6 for 6!

) born 5-26-2011 at 4:15ish. I do think he may possibly roan like momma. Haven't found any white on him, but think he *might* have stockings, hard to tell with the baby fuzz and him being silver. Delivery went well, Copper's not the most attentive mother, would much rather eat then pay attention to him. He's had a couple good poos, but the boy is STUBBORN when it comes to nursing, he'd rather fight/kick or rear on us then allow us to help him nurse..

So here's little Cooper.. No idea for a registered name as I had girl names picked out lol

Thanks gals! And yes, the mane was a dead giveaway on silver bay! Not sure if its just the baby fuzz on his legs, but think he might have stockings, only white I've found if so. And I think he may roan, he looks like he has white ticking through out his coat, especially on the hips and shoulder!

Cristina, congratulations on your beautiful boy!! I love the second picture! So glad everything went well.

Congratulations on a precious healthy baby boy! And thanks for putting on the contest. This year is a little bitter sweet for me, I am looking forward to starting a new chapter, but its hard knowing I have two mares in foal and not wanting to get attatched to the babies (being that I am throwing in the towel on breeding). I am sure I ca n always tune in here to get my foal fix!

Thanks again everyone!

aw congrats cute fellow. how many more you have to foal?
Thank you! We have two more girls, my palomino in foal to my junior boy Royal (who is a half brother to the new colt, same dam) and my dark bay Daisy, who is in foal to Doc.

O he is precious! Love the light shading he has now around his eyes and muzzle. Crossing my fingers you get a filly or maybe even 2!!!
