The Texas Veterinarian Medical Board seems to think that "power tools" for teeth floating are a new invention. Carl Mitz has researched and found that there were

. Here he demonstrates the tools as they were used back them with a pedal powered source. By the way, note that the horse has NOT been sedated and she is being held by his six year old son, Hunter.

I see who gets to be the 'motor'- OMG, that is too funny. I wonder how long she can keep up that speed on that thing and it's a good thing Carl doesnt have 12 horses lined up to be done!!!
