Help locating an owner of Cross Counry Bad Moon Rising

I am looking at purchasing a mare that is in foal to Cross Country Bad Moon Rising but AMHA is telling me that he has not been DNA tested and a stallion report has not been turned in for 2008 on him. I was wondering if anyone could help me locate Dana Flippo who I am told is the owner of Cross Country Bad Moon Rising.
