For those who sharpen blades professionally.....

I have been looking at the professional quality blade sharpening machines. There are several out there and at healthy prices. Before I sink that much money into one, I would like to know which one to get.

We got ours from Nebraska Blade Works. It's an 18" hone and we paid a good price for it. Stay away from the cheaper models. They will mess up your blades.

The guy we bought ours from sends out a video on "how to" and goes step by step.
