Hey just wanted to let all of you hard core mare watchers know that I have Babe on camera if you want to help me watch her. She is a maiden at 338 days gestation and her bag is full. The pressure is dropping so she could easily go tonight. Thanks!

Its a COLT born this morning around 3am. He is a gorgeous black pinto that may be appy too. He is sired by COH Echo Express, our son of LK Buck Echo, and out of Maple Hollows Bodacious Babe, my Chianti bred mare out of Mars one of my best producers! Hopefully he will have inherited both of his parents gorgeous movement as I think he has the perfect markings for a flashy driving and liberty horse!

We also had another foal last night just before Midnight and HE is a sorrel pinto (may roan) colt sired by Arions Destinys Magic Trick, our Double Destiny son, and out of our blue roan pinto mare Maple Hollows Midnite Surprise. Will get better pics of him tomorrow.

Thanks guys and yep she snuck it out on me, I got a phone call saying I had a baby and there HE was. Darn filly fairy got away but hopefully she will come back later, just glad for TWO safe foalings last night and this morning LOL!

Thanks guys, and one quick question, how long does can it take to pass the placenta and when do I need to start worrying about it. It is mostly out just must have one piece still hangin on. Am I just impatient? Im going to lay down for an hour so hopefully when I wake up she will have passed it!
