Fly sheets and sizing.

I have a super small adult mini who measures and wears a 32" blanket. I want to get her a fly sheet cause the flies and midges are tearing her alive. And she now has sweet itch. I am having a hard time finding a decent quality fly sheet in a 32". And the small kensingtons are 36-42. Im afraid that may be too big for her at the smallest settings. The foal sizing will fit but i want a tail flap and leg singles with a wide belly band. Am I asking for too much here...;-)....Can anyone recommend me something like this? I am hoping to pay around $30-$40.

I had Claudia of Cozy Horse do custom fly sheets for my horses. She did a great job, made exactly what I wanted, with the colors I wanted and they weren't expensive and they are still going strong after several summers of use.
