Has anyone tried the Davis Barrier Boots? I was just searching the net for boots of some kind to use on my mini for harness training etc. I noticed that they go down to size 0000

Size 0000 3 1/4" wide (8.3 cm) x 3 1/2" (length) 8.9 cm.

I haven't measured my mare's hoof yet to see how they would be for size.

I think that there used to be some boots advertised in Miniature Horse World magazine some years ago, but don't remember who's advert it was.

Hope someone can help - Lorraine

I made my own for my guy out of kids runners, he will kick them off while driving. I was thinking of the Davis boots as I can get them locally here. if he keeps them on, it might just be the ticket.

Can you two tell me why you use boots when driving? I posted a thread asking for advise on driving boots and the overwhelming reply was the horse should be fine without them. Please give me your take on this.
