We are in Southwestern Ontario and there are several Amish people making carts to your specifications.

There is a man in the Ottawa area that makes pleasure /road cart combination and is reasonable and show quality if you contact me back I can give you his telephone number.

My husband makes pleasure carts for minis. You can see a photo of one on my website in for sale section. He sells them for $600, shipping is at buyers expense.
