I'm seeing the silver gene though. I think also the cream gene.

Our smokey silver black stallion just sired a double dilute foal. Pics of him for comparion below:

Hard to say for sure, but might help to know the colors of the parents and to see pics of them if possible, but I would say silver black judging by just that one photo.

She reminds me of that stallion you posted.
 
Yes he definitely looks smokey silver black. Diane, you're right. It is the very same thing many people call chocolate palomino. Not close though as there is the black and silver genes involved.
