The snopes thing bugs me, just cuz they say it's malarkey don't make it so. I have used pennies for years and years as had my grans. The copper in the penny does help all stings and bites. Honest, 4 generations have used them and successfully, I hope you tried it.
Ah I read to page 2 and you did use em, good go, she'll be fine today, have fun. When it begins to itch like crazy by tomorrow use the penny again.
