ASPC in the southeast

I'm trying to get an idea of how many people in the southeast show ASPC .

Also, would you support an ASPC show in the southeast (NC or SC)

And if this show were the same weekend as an AMHR show , and your horses are double registered, would you show them as minitures or ponies.

Ok, I know there are folks in the SE that are starting to get into ASPC horses , so what's up here ??

Reason I ask , there has been some interest amongst some of our miniature horse club members who desire to have ASPC shows in their area, but it appears that the numbers are low in this region and now I'm curious .... WHY??

Anyone care to ellaborate??

I sold a pony to South Carolina a couple of years ago but the buyer does not use him for showing - she does parades with him along with her Drum Horses (she bought him because he looks just like her Drum Horse stallion). A friend just sold three mares to Florida but the buyer purchased them to train for the hunter circuit.
