Don't know if anyone in the state has an orphaned foal at the moment but I thought I'd check and see. My little mini mare had a still born foal today. He was gonna be a cutie, 12" tall and a gruella to boot, born still born. Anyways I thought it might help her if she had a baby to mother so thought I'd ask.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Teresa,

I am so sorry for you and your little mare too.

It would be wonderful if you could find her one to love.

Teresa, I am so sorry you lost a baby. That is one of the most horrible feelings in the world.

I'm hoping your mare will be well.

Have you saved the colustrum...it can be kept frozen in case another needs it. Sorry to hear of your loss. Mary

So very sorry for your loss. Yes, you can milk the mare, and freeze the colostrum...just in case you or someone you know ,might (God fobid) need it for another foal.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

I haven't heard of any one needing help, thank you for the offer.

Best wishes for your family and mare.
