AMHR Registration

Can anyone email me a copy of the new AMHR Registration Application? I can't get the AMHR site to work and want some forms so I can register upcoming foals.

I went to download the form last night and couldn't get one. This am had my first foal so called and they said it was down and they were working on it. I asked if I could just use the old form. No problem, of course you have to add the photos. I'm one of these that if I don't do it right away I forget and get waaaayyy behind.

I do have the old one on file if you want that.

You have an email with the form. I heard from the office this morning. They are having server issues but should be back up and running in a day or two.
