You can no longer hardship horses with unknown parents anymore. So that means you can only hardship a mini into AMHR with AMHA papers and ASPC papers, now I understand that they are now accepting the Fabella registry due to voting at Convention but don't know the full facts on that.
 
I have the mare and the sire name and registration number . The problem is the owners for the mare do not have the papers in thier name so they can not sign the papers
 
I would call the office and see if they can give you a phone number to the person who is last listed as the current owner and see if they are willing to sign the papers. And the current owners of the mare now needs to get their butt in gear and get that transfer done!
