A friend bought a registered mare but only has temporary papers. If possible she'd like to know who the last registered owner was so she can contact them about getting the horses papers updated.

The horses number is A113011.

Sorry, I forgot to ask if the mare was permanent.

It doesn't say that she is RV (revoked) Other than that it doesn't say. You could call AMHA and I am sure they could tell you for sure.

Stephanie yes she has permanent papers because they have a mature height on the studbook info page of her, but she is not DNA tested yet. She will need to be before any of her future foals can be registered with AMHA.
