AMHA lookup???

I just bought another mini. I know he is AMHR registered, but I am not sure if he is AMHA eligable. The lady I am getting him from said she did not have any of the AMHA paperwork, and didn't know much about mini's. Knowing the pedigree, I am wondering if his sire and dam may be AMHA. Would someone be willing to look up the sire and dam?

The horse I am buying is:

AMHR - 41784A MARINER'S BLACK JACK

his sire is: 63985A TOMPKINS PAC-MAN 28.25"

His dam is: 26817A MISS PLAY DOE-S 33.75"

Nothing for Miiss Play Doe-s or Mariner's Black Jack.
