AMHA Hardshipping

It was my understanding that after 1-1-2013 that horses could no longer be hardshipped into AMHA. However I have recently seen some posts on Facebook that state otherwise, that horses can be hardshipped through the end of 2013. Is this true or not? I guess I thought the books were now closed and hardshipping is a thing of the past. I would appreciate some clarification from a director or a credible source. Thanks!

It's always been my understanding that it was open until the end of 2013.

Not sure where you are, the books were closed, under the radar, In Europe in 2006.....
