AMHA Hardshipped to AMHR?

I was wondering if you can register a hardshipped mini into AMHR?

I am guessing you mean you hardshipped to A now want to hardship into R and yes that should be possible you just have to send a copy of the A papers and the other required forms and pay for a hardship.

For a mare, $200 + regular registration fee which is $60 for anything 3 and older.
