    I agree with Rob the judge was great, she was very personable and even took the time to give tips to exhibitors. The West Coast has some mighty fine ponies and mini's.

    What is She?

            Oops I don't know what happened with my first reply. : Anyway I have a 45 inch 4 year old shetland mare I ride her with a light western saddle and I ride her in the hills, and even heard cattle with her. I weigh 150 lbs.and she handles my weight just fine. :

    I agree Kay! At the Area 7 National show I at least had one other exhibitor in Open Showmanship, but I was the only one in Amateur Showmanship. It is more fun when others compete. I've tried to get interest in our group even gave a small clinic at a schooling show.

    I guys I won the Open Showmanship at Congress last year. It would sure be nice to have more competition. I miss going too. But the trip from California gets a bit expensive with the cost of gas now days.
