A week till Christmas

Unless there is a another surprise-I already received it. My husband took me, himself and our adult son to see/hear the Trans Siberian Orchestra's "The Last Christmas Eve" concert. My son has a small box for us on the tv table by my little 1 foot high real Christmas tree. On my list was a mini trampoline (for exercise), and a stick vacumn (but that was for fun; because I don't really expect anything). I just wish to get the credit cards paid off and for a better economy and no/less fighting in the world.

Well, all I asked for is a new pair of slippers. I only wear one kind...beaded leather moccassins with rabbit fur trim. (Native American style) I see that they have the After Eight chocolates out again this year too...not the regular nice little thin mint squares, but the also the shaped chocolates in both white and dark chocolate. I did make mention of new diamond earrings for Christmas many months ago when I lost one of one pair that I wear, but dobt he'll remember that! Wishful thinking though!

Well we all started out with little lists and the only one who got something off his wish list is our son! Hubby and I are DONE! I got a mattress, he got a car and we both got a tv(came with the mattress set lol). I think were done for the next few Christmases!!!

LOL! I really don't mind getting these things because we really needed them. hubbys Jeep started to get the "death wobble" and we have been married 12 yrs and have never had a new mattress. So I just thank God things worked out and we were able to do this.

I asked for a new pair of cowgirl boots for barrel racing--my other ones are for men and all worn and have turned into work boots XD

A gift card for a our local fleet supply, and a show halter for my mini =)

I can't wait!!!! I know its about celebrating Jesus' Birthday, but I just keep thinking about tearing open those presents! jk but I have been growing my finger nails out for an easier open.

I am getting from myself fruit delivered each month from HARRY AND DAVID'S!

Everything else from anyone else is a surprise. I did tell hubby he could never go wrong with a bracelet or earrings for me though. We'll see.

I'm glad everyone is getting excited! I mentioned to my hubby that I wanted some CDs, movies, makeup, and of course books. There's a big box under the tree with my name on it, and I have absolutely no idea what it is. The suspense is killing me! Lol.

My partner and I decided not to go all out on gifts for each other this year and instead include something sentimental and then go somewhere together, I am voting for a Casino trip.

However, the parents and in-laws still buy gifts and I asked for dog grooming supplies (I am a dog groomer).. I am very excited to get new shammies. LOL

Well.....I have already had mine...along with my birthday present for this year .... I just have to wait until next Autumn for her to get here...... mind you...a little help from Santa might mean I could go visit her before then
