How yellow? Is it actually opaque like milk or is it yellow tinged clear fluid?
Colostrum is more yellow colour but it is definitely a milky opaque colour.
Once the milk changes, it's 12 - 24 hours. Double checking with a pH test to see if it's dropped would also be a good indicator.

That's pretty normal. Some mares don't dry up fully ever. The fluid that remains is a yellow, clear fluid.

Yes she been scanned and she’s huge right now

Ok, my rule of thumb is to keep a daily monitor on that fluid. If you have an aquarium pH test kit, that's really handy. When the milk changes from clear to milky white and the pH drops, you're 12 - 24 hours away from foaling. I wish you the best of lucky for an uncomplicated delivery and a happy, healthy foal and mama mare. We are all excited to see pictures!
