My filly is 10 weeks old. I think I should have wormed her already? Okay, I don't really know. What do I worm her with (what is safe) and how much? Is it recommended to worm them at a higher weight than they are? Lower weight? Around true weight etc and how often should she be wormed?

Agree with Kimberle. I start deworming at a month of age and continue to deworm a foal monthly until it's a year old. Then it goes on the same schedule as my adult horses. I also will deworm with Ivermectin at 6 months of age and will use Strongid after that as well. But, the first few wormings, I like Panacur or Safeguard.

Sounds good guys, thanks! What is the average weight of a 2 month old mini foal?
