Work conflict still on going

For the most part I have kept my mouth shut about stuff--let the other two gals in the office "duke" it out. Still no solution but not my problem. I just would like to know what is going to happen with my job and job duties--that's all I'm concerned about. My sister-in-law keeps telling me that I have so much to do when I offer to help her. I wouldn't offer if I couldn't do it, I trained her for her job so I think I know what I am doing. I finally told her that I am not incompetent. I think she was rather floored and a bit peeved but I feel pretty good sticking up for myself. I'm usually pretty quiet and let others walk all over me. Has taken awhile but maybe the confident me is coming out--about time!!

Also asked my boss for a review--cross your fingers maybe there will be a raise for me soon.
