Which wheels used for what on cart?

Well, I got a cart and it came with two sets of wheels (bicycle and wooden). So my question is, which do you use where? I assume the wooden ones are for parades on concrete? Which are best in an arena?

The bicycle are best for arenas expecially the deep ones. The wooden are a "required" thing in carriage shows which I've never been to and know nothing about.
